Nest is a personal finance application for tracking expenses, managing budgets and organizing wallets, with end-to-end encryption of your sensitive data. By accessing or using Nest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nest is intended for personal finance management only. You agree not to:
Your sensitive fields are end-to-end encrypted with keys only you control. If you lose both your password and your recovery code, we cannot restore your encrypted data — no backdoor exists. You acknowledge that performing a password reset without the recovery code permanently destroys access to previously encrypted fields.
Nest displays and organizes the data you provide. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Crypto prices are sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate or delayed.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly secure, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
You may delete your account at any time from Tools. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced by posting the updated terms here and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
